Terms of Trade & B2B Supply

1. Commercial Model & Quotations

Workdesigns operates as a Business-to-Business (B2B) uniform and workwear contractor. Submissions through this website constitute a Request for Quotation and do not form a binding purchase order until formal trade pricing is issued and signed off by both parties.

All formal quotations issued by Workdesigns UK Ltd remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Standard production lines carry an indicative Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 garments per order to ensure commercial pricing efficiency. Sample sizing kits and single-unit pre-production approvals are available upon request for corporate clients.

3. In-House Customisation & Embroidery

Embroidered, printed, or bespoke branded garments are manufactured to approved digital stitch proofs. Once an embroidery swatch proof is formally approved in writing, customised garments cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of manufacturing defects.

4. Delivery & Multi-Site Distribution

Delivery schedules are agreed in the formal quotation proposal. Workdesigns supports individual staff man-packing and multi-drop scheduled delivery across mainland United Kingdom.

5. Governing Law

These terms of business and any contracts entered into with Workdesigns UK Ltd are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
